Директор Центра иерей Вячеслав Патрин выступил на Международной конференции по православной духовности в Италии

С 5 по 8 сентября 2023 года в монастыре Бозе (Италия) проводится XXIX Международная научная конференция по православной духовности, посвященная корпусу Apophthegmata Patrum. В рамках конференции с докладом на тему «Поучение в Священном Писании и молитва в жизни отцов-пустынников» выступил директор Центра подготовки церковных специалистов, кандидат богословия,  доктор (PhD, Сорбонна) греческой истории и литературы иерей Вячеслав Патрин.

В конференции принимают участие ведущие специалисты в области исследования Apophthegmata Patrum, такие как Самуэль Рубенсон (Швеция) и Ева Випшицка (Польша), а также ученые из России, Италии, Швейцарии, США, Египта, Турции и других стран. Участники конференции исследуют некоторые из основных тем духовного учения отцов-пустынников — монахов, живших в египетских пустынях в IV-V веках (духовное наставничество, молитва, благотворительность, прозорливость, гостеприимство). Их учение «Изречения» были переведены на все основные языки христианского мира, распространились во всех церковных традициях и по сей день являются одними из самых читаемых и любимых текстов всей христианской духовной литературы.

Монастырь Бозе на протяжении 30 лет проводит конференции, посвященные православной духовности, в которых в разное время приняли участие многие известные представители русской богословской школы, в частности А.И.Осипов, митрополит Иларион (Алфеев).
